For every profession in human society, there are ethical principles that must be considered and adhered to by individuals working in those professions. The ethics of the teaching and scientific research profession are among the most influential factors in the behavior of professors and researchers, as they serve as an internal self-monitoring mechanism. These ethics provide them with a self-referential framework to guide their work, evaluate their relationships with others, fulfill their duties, and uphold their rights. It is necessary and obligatory for them to adhere to these ethics, as their commitment to the profession is determined by their adherence to its rules and ethics. By doing so, they become role models to be emulated by their students.
Given the significant role played by university professors in education and scientific research, it is essential for them to abide by the codes of conduct and professional ethics of their profession. These lectures aim to clarify the codes of conduct and ethics of the university teaching and scientific research profession, as well as the governing sources that serve as a reference for interaction among the members of the academic community. The goal is to develop a positive relationship and effective collective work, while raising awareness among professors about their responsibilities and rights.

لكل مهنة في المجتمع الإنساني قواعد أخلاقية لابد من مراعاتها والالتزام بها من قبل الأفراد العاملين فيها، وتعد أخلاقيات مهنة التعليم والبحث العلمي من أهم المؤثرات في سلوك الأستاذ الباحث لأنها تشكل لديه رقيبا ً ذاتيا ً داخلياً، وتكون له مرجعية ذاتية يسترشد بها في عمله، ويقوّم علاقاته مع الآخرين، وتساعده في أداء واجباته وتلبية حقوقه، وإن التزامه بتلك الأخلاقيات أمر ضروري وواجب، إذ يتحدد انتماؤه لمهنته بقدر التزامه بقواعدها وأخلاقياتها، وهو بذلك يشكل نموذجا يحتذى من قبل طلبته.
ونظرا للدور الكبير الذي يلعبه الأستاذ الجامعي في التعليم والبحث العلمي كان لا بد من التزامه بقواعد السلوك وأخلاقيات المهنة، وجاءت محاضرات هذا المقياس لتوضح قواعد السلوك واخلاقيات مهنة التعليم الجامعي والبحث العلمي والمصادر التي تحكمها وتكون مرجعا لتفاعل بين أطراف الأسرة الجامعية بهدف تطوير علاقة إيجابية وعمل جماعي فعال، وتوعية الأستاذ بمسؤولياته وحقوقه.

Ce module s’adresse aux étudiants de première année Master en chimie, aux étudiants de troisième année chimie des matériaux et chimie organique et à tous les chercheurs et les doctorants en chimie, en physique ou en biochimie qui s'intéressent à la modélisation moléculaire. Il a pour but d’initier à un domaine de la chimie moderne qui est actuellement en plein essor. Le principe essentiel de la simulation (modélisation) moléculaire est d’utiliser l’informatique comme moyen de compréhension, d’analyse et de simulation des différentes problématiques chimiques.
